Hidden Browser Games: Chrome Dino, Edge Surf and Firefox's Unicorn
Three browsers ship a hidden game. Chrome has the dinosaur runner (chrome://dino, or any offline page). Microsoft Edge has Surf, a Windows-95-style surfing game at edge://surf. Firefox has a unicorn: open the Customize Toolbar screen, drag every item out of the toolbar, and click the unicorn that appears to play Pong. Safari has none.

Chrome: the dinosaur
The original and the most-played. Since 2014, Chrome's offline error page has been a runner: press space and the pixel T-Rex jumps cacti and ducks pterodactyls until you crash. Open it deliberately at chrome://dino. Because Chrome's engine is shared, the same URL works with the browser's name swapped in — edge://dino, brave://dino, opera://dino. Edge: Surf
Microsoft Edge answered the dinosaur in 2020 with Surf, at edge://surf and on its offline page. It is a loving remake of SkiFree (the 1991 Windows game) on water: steer a surfer down an endless course, dodge rocks, buoys and other surfers, collect speed boosts and coins, and try to outrun the kraken that eventually comes for you. Three modes — Let's Surf (endless), Time Trial, and Zig Zag — and a choice of characters. Play Edge Surf here if you are not on Edge.

Firefox: the unicorn
Firefox's game is better hidden. Open the menu, choose More tools → Customize toolbar, and drag every single item out of the toolbar and into the palette. When the toolbar is empty, a small unicorn appears in the corner of the customize screen. Click it, and it starts a game of Pong with the unicorn as the ball — the paddles are controlled with the mouse. There is no URL for it and no score; it exists to reward the curious.
Safari
Nothing. Apple has never shipped a game in Safari, and its offline page is just an error. Every game on this site runs in Safari, including the dinosaur — so on a Mac or iPhone this site is effectively Safari's hidden game.
Not the browser, but close: Google Search
People often mean Google's search games when they say "hidden browser games": Snake, Pac-Man, Minesweeper, Tic-Tac-Toe, Solitaire, and the tricks like "do a barrel roll". Those live on google.com, not in the browser, and they are all on the Google games hub.

How do you play Edge Surf?
