About Blocky Snake
Blocky Snake reworks the snake formula as an endless runner. Instead of moving on a fixed grid, your snake runs continuously forward and you steer left and right — collecting body segments to grow, smashing numbered blocks, and avoiding the obstacles that shorten you.
The longer the snake, the more blocks it can smash, so there's a real trade-off between growing greedily and staying manoeuvrable enough to dodge.
How to play Blocky Snake
- Steer
- ← → or A / D
- Touch
- Drag left and right
- Your snake moves forward automatically; steer to avoid obstacles.
- Collect body segments to grow longer.
- Smash blocks — a longer snake can break bigger ones.
- Losing all your segments ends the run; distance and score are what you're chasing.
Blocky Snake tips
- Grow before smashing — a short snake bounces off big blocks and loses length.
- Take the wider gaps; a long snake needs more room to change lane.
- Watch the block numbers; they tell you how much length a hit costs.
- Don't chase every segment — an awkward pick-up that costs you a crash isn't worth it.
Blocky Snake — questions
How do you grow the snake?
Collect the loose body segments scattered along the course. Length determines which blocks you can smash without losing segments.
Is it like the classic Snake game?
It shares the growing-snake idea but plays as an endless runner with left-right steering rather than grid movement on a fixed board.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes — drag to steer. Nothing to install.
