Stickman War is a one-lane strategy game: two bases at either end, a single battlefield between them, and a stream of stick-figure units marching at each other. You spend the gold your miners collect on spearmen, swordsmen, archers and giants, and try to build a wave that reaches the enemy base before theirs reaches yours.
The genre — often called a 'lane defence' or 'army push' game — rewards economy management over reflexes. Spend everything on soldiers and you stall; spend everything on miners and you get overrun. The whole game is that balance, and matches last a few minutes.
Balance economy and army. Buy miners first so gold keeps coming, then send fighting units in groups rather than one at a time, with ranged units behind melee ones. Destroy the enemy base to finish the level.
This build is single-player against the computer across a series of levels.
Yes — it is a light 2D strategy game that runs in the browser with nothing to install and plays entirely with the mouse.
