About Spaceship Color

Spaceship Color is a colour-matching reaction game in three dimensions. Your ship flies forward down a corridor of gates, each a different colour, and you can only pass safely through the one that matches your current colour — which changes as you go.

It's simple to describe and surprisingly demanding at speed, because you have to read two things at once: which colour you are, and which gate matches. Runs are short, restarts are instant, and the score is distance.

Spaceship Color tips

• Check your own colour first, then look for the gate — doing it the other way round is slower.
• Move early. Late steering at speed overshoots the gate.
• The colour changes are signposted a moment ahead; watch for the change rather than reacting to it.
• Small inputs; the ship is more responsive than it looks.
