4. The dealer then plays by fixed rules — usually hitting on 16 and standing on 17.
5. Closest to 21 without busting wins.

Blackjack King tips

• Always split aces and eights; never split tens or fives.
• Stand on 17 or higher, always.
• Hit on 12 through 16 when the dealer shows 7 or higher; stand when they show 2 through 6.
• Double on 11, and on 10 when the dealer shows 9 or less.
